This is a project for an Italian Restaurant in USA. The main food is Campania Buffalo's Mozzarella (an italian traditional fresh cheese). Style is inspired to traditional Theatre in Napoli and the character of Don Felice Sciosciammocca. The name is rewritten as Showshawmmocca 'cause of the similar sound and fusion with "show" word.
